Used this service to get ready for our move out and to hand the front office our keys. They showed up and went straight to work. The two ladies started with the restrooms and the kitchen. I swear they left the carpets cleaner than when we moved in. Knocked out our two bedroom apartment in a few hours and were very thorough.

I Clean to What Actually Gets Checked

A move-out clean has a deadline and a judge. Either the landlord signs off and you get your deposit, or they don't. Either the buyer walks through happy, or your agent gets a phone call.
That's a different job than keeping a house nice, and I treat it that way.
Fifteen years of these has taught me where people lose their deposit, and it's almost never the middle of the floor. It's the inside of the oven. The refrigerator seals. The top of the cabinets nobody has looked at since they moved in. Baseboards, blinds, window tracks, light fixtures, and the switch plates that show every fingerprint from the last four years.
An empty house hides nothing. Every mark you lived with is suddenly the only thing anyone sees, which is exactly why this is worth handing to someone who does it for a living.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers. Inside the oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Every bathroom scrubbed down to the grout and hard water. All floors, baseboards, and door frames. Window sills, tracks, and interior glass. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, and switch plates. Closets and shelving wiped out.
You get the house back the way it looked before anybody lived in it.

What It Costs

Homes needing more than an ordinary reset carry an add-on, and you'll see it at the time of booking rather than after.
What I Don't Do
I don't do exterior windows, carpet shampooing, pest or mold remediation, or hauling away furniture and trash left behind. If the property needs any of that, tell me before we schedule and I'll point you to someone who does it properly.
Exterior Windows
- Washing exterior window glass isn't part of a move-out visit, but I'll point you to someone who does it if you need it.
Carpet Shampooing
- Steam cleaning or shampooing carpets takes different equipment than I bring to a move-out. I'll refer you to someone who does it well.
Pest or Mold Remediation
- Pest and mold issues need a licensed specialist, not a cleaning crew. Tell me if either is a concern and I'll point you in the right direction.
- Furniture & Trash Removal
Hauling away furniture or trash left behind isn't something I take on. If the property needs any of that, let me know before we schedule.
